Bagels are great in the air fryer. Split, butter and put in at 400 for like 5 to 6 mins. I bet English muffins would be good too.
Beef Liver and Onions
You’ll Need:
¼ cup of flour
1 lb beef liver
¼-½ cup of butter
½ tsp of salt
⅛ tsp of pepper
Oil to taste
1-2 tbsp of fresh minced sage
2 cups of thinly sliced onions
½ cup of beef stock
1 tbsp of minced Italian parsley
¼ cup of dry white wine
"fried chicken", 🥰🤤
Ingredients:
8 chicken wing
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup plain flour
3 cup oil
Method:
Wash chicken pieces and lightly pat dry. Place in a large bowl.
Sprinkle liberally with garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning and seasoned salt.
In a second bowl, place a liberal amount of flour. Season the flour with salt and pepper, then coat each piece of chicken.
Place chicken on a tray for 30-45 minutes. Deep-fry chicken for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
Notes:
I have not set specific amounts as I find it’s best to add the seasonings to your own taste. You can microwave the chicken pieces in groups of 8-10 on high for 5 minutes. This will help shorten the deep-frying time.
I bought these from B&M at 69p each a real bargain.

Put on Air Fry 180c for 20mins, after 12mins I removed from tins put back in upside-down rest of time turning heat up to 190c. End result as in picture.

I cooked my first lot of fries last night, I chopped the potatoes thinly and pretty equally with the skin on, I put them in a bowl of cold water for 5mins (covering the top of the potatoes) to remove the starch, I then drained them and poured boiling hot water on (again covering the top) for 10mins, I drained them and put them on some kitchen towels to dry off and cool for a few mins, put in a bowl and tossed with a little olive oil and some cayenne pepper, preheated the airfryer to 200deg, cooked them for 20mins and shook them a few times whilst cooking, they were so yummy

2 large sweet potatoes mine were almost 700g each

*INSTRUCTIONS*:
First clean, scrub and wash 2 large sweet potatoes under running water to remove any dirt.
Pat dry using a clean kitchen towel. A must step for air frying and roasting.
Prick the sweet potatoes with a fork or sharp knife all over.
Brush or spray on olive oil or use a 1 teaspoon cooking oil spray. You may sprinkle salt at this stage.
Put them in the air fryer basket.
Air Fry at 190C or 375F for 40 minutes or until the flesh is tender and the skin is crispy.
If the skin appears to be burning, turn down the heat.

AIR FRYER CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE INGREDIENTS:
Cheesecake Oreo Crust
30 cookies crushed
½ cup unsalted butter
Cheesecake Filling
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
24 ounces cream cheese (3-8 ounce packages)
½ cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoon cornstarch
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare the pan by lining the bottom with a circle of parchment paper, and then lightly butter the insides of the pan walls so the cheesecake will easily be removed after cooking.
Crush the Oreo Cookies in the food processor, until they are fine crumbs. (Or you can place them in a large bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
Pour the crushed cookies into a large bowl, and stir in the melted butter to mix with the crumbs.
Pour the mixture into the prepared springform pan, pressing the crust firmly to the bottom of the pan. Set the pan aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips, stirring after one minute to make sure the chips have completely melted and are smooth. Set the bowl aside as you prepare the filling.
In a large bowl, or using a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth.
Add in the powdered sugar, corn starch, eggs, and vanilla. Quickly stir in the melted chocolate, until the filling is well combined and smooth. Pour the filling over the crust and spread it evenly with a spatula or spoon.
Place the springform pan in the basket of the air fryer. Cook at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 minutes.
Remove from the basket and allow the cheesecake to chill to set, for about 6-8 hours, or chill in the freezer for about an hour.
NOTES:
The cheesecake will be a little soft when it is done cooking. It will firm up once it cools. Be sure to line the pan, and then butter the sides of the wall of the pan.
