"I love when people do not find my solitude offensive. Being in your own space can come off as bothersome to others, because of this unspoken sense of entitlement humans tend to subconsciously hold to know everything. So offended by the mystery that is you."

well, let's see.
Today's business:
Upon rising:
The Universe answers that question/listen carefully with heart
1 glass water...
1 cup coffee
1 shot golden milk

Today's nutrients
one apple
4 eggs
2 avocados
1/2 cup blueberries
6-12 oz wild caught salmon, lightly broiled
wild pacific sardines or white albacore tuna
whole milk smoothie yogurt with fruit as tolerated
1 sweet potato, boiled
grass fed beef patty or small steak, broiled or baked
1/4 raw, organic unpasteurized kraut
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds...
1/2 cup red or green grapes..
broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, rainbow chard, OR bok choy sauteed in avocado oil. Greens @ all meals
Green smoothie as desired/frozen banana base with Greek yogurt/parsley, cinnamon, stevia, fruit flavored, dark chocolate or instant coffee flavored, misc. herbs..

Rules for Living:
No seed oils, no bottled dressings, sauces, processed foods, or boxed foods. Very limited canned foods. Eat whole foods only.
No grains, wheat, pasta, cereals, limited rice (black and brown)
Use organic coconut milk as needed for cooking only

Intentions:
Juice--celery, 2 carrots,1 apple, 1 orange, combined with 1 teaspoon blk pepper, cayenne, turmeric, 2+ inch piece of ginger, garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon clove powder, add beet root.

Pure butter, no margarine, coconut oil internally & topically ok
No pasta, bread wheat products, grain products. Sugar no. Quality Honey ok.

Supplement: akkamansia, milk thistle powder, VitD3 especially if its
overcast, Sam-E if needed, Take pharma meds prn

Rebounder: 3-10 minutes
Plank
arm weights
weather permitting: walk..15-30 minutes as tolerated

Activities:
Nap 1-1.5 hours/combine with hypnotherapy CD or as needed
Commit To Sit for meditation...15-30 minutes each day
Computer time 1-3 hours recreation/1+ hours business/research
Chores and Clean: 1-3+ hours/laundry
Socialize: call...text/email/dm friends/family..
Self care...shower/sh*t/shave/hair/face..
Laugh: as often as possible
Tea time or coffee break..each day...sit down in mindfullness....
Playtime: piano/tv/dogs/positive mindset.../music../cook
Journal activities and reflect before bed...
No tv @ sleep time (tough one for me), avoid blue screens
Rise/Sleep consistent time each day..
Very limited OTC pain relievers, use topical if possible
Celery juice and pumpkin seeds or golden milk bedtime snack....
6-8+ glasses of water each day
Never eat standing up, take time & sit down for sacred meals with Grace

Believe Yourself Healthy.
Grateful Yourself Healthy.
Love Yourself Healthy.
Faith up! Visualize. Manifest.
Remember the math: think, feel, act, habituate, lifestyle
Forgive yourself and others before sleep...prayers for the world
Send healing love to those who need it.
Before drifting off to sleep, ask The Universe 'that' question.

"Maybe if people's heads weren't buried in the sand of ignorance and they took the time to understand, instead of judging and thinking it won't happen to them because they have the perfect family, life would be a little bit easier for people that do experience this! For family and friends who live under this shadow. The days of 'it' not being talked about or being taboo should be over. In the most difficult moments of life you realize who your true friends are, and the people who really appreciate you. Unfortunately, most social media 'friends' aren't true friends. They will send you a "like" here and there, but in reality they do not take time to read your status if they see it's lengthy. More than half will stop reading right here, or have already scrolled on to the next post on their page. I decided to post this message in support of all those who continue to battle with their mental illness. (Su***de is at an all time high). Now, let's see who will have taken the time to read this lengthy post right through to the end. If you have read everything so far, please "like" it so that I can put a thank you on your page. More mental health awareness is urgently needed. Just because you can't see it, doesn't mean people aren't suffering. Please, try to spare a little of your time with someone who may just want to talk (about anything). Talking can help us all to cope a little more, keeping things bottled up just makes it worse. Most people will say, "if you need anything, don't hesitate to call me, I'll be there to help you" but will they? I believe a select few of my friends will post this, to show their support for those who may be struggling. You just have to copy and paste rather than sharing.
