Francis Chukwuemeka Victor, the National President of Pharmaceutical Association of Nigeria Students (PANS NATIONAL), is an exceptionally dynamic and visionary leader with a profound passion for making a meaningful impact in the field of healthcare and beyond. His dedication to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration is truly inspiring, empowering individuals and teams to realize their full potential.

Notably, Francis has a strong background of leadership and achievements, including his role in the Royal Ambassadors of Nigeria, where he served in various capacities:
* Recording Secretary
* Financial Secretary
* Secretary General
* Currently serving as the Director of GLBARA, leading thousands of young men.

Before assuming his role as the National President of PANS, he made a significant impact within PANS DELSU:

1. In 2019, he served as a valuable member of the PANS Week Committee.

2. In 2020, as the Director of Sports, Francis redefined sports organization and leadership at PANS DELSU;

a.He promoted unity among sports enthusiasts
ensured adequate preparation by providing footballs to each class,

b.resolved jersey color discrepancies and provided home and away complete kits for the faculty

C. He established the first PANS DELSU CHESS club which is still active till date.

3. His hosting of the memorable PANS Sport Week, dubbed "TIME OF OUR LIVES," with drone coverage, left a lasting mark and earned him the title of PANS Exco of the year.

4. Francis introduced an awards ceremony for sports, replacing the traditional certificates with accolades just like as Ballon d'Or and UEFA awards.

5. He was actively involved in the SUG sport week planning committee and ensured active participation from the Faculty of Pharmacy.

6. Throughout his tenure as the Director of Sports, he consistently supported other PANS projects for the greater good.

In 2021, Francis took a break from leadership to gain valuable experience, preparing for the substantial task ahead. On the 28th of July 2022, he was elected as the National President of PANS and inaugurated on September 4, 2022. Notably, he became the first DELSU PANSite to hold this prestigious national position in 48 years since the inception of PANS in 1972.

Under Francis's leadership, PANS NATIONAL achieved significant milestones:

1. The institution of the PANS National Welfare Fund, providing essential financial assistance to pharmacy students across the nation.

2. The creation of the Academic Management Board to prioritize academic success and professional development.

3. The establishment of the Capacity Building Board, empowering members for leadership roles.

4. The groundbreaking National President Campus Tour, which directly addressed the challenges faced by PANSITEs across the nation.

5. The successful organization of "PHARMACOSYMPOSIUM'23," an unparalleled symposium featuring esteemed guests and elevating the association's profile with the best media coverage in history of PANS NATIONAL.

6. Outstanding performance in IPSF AfRO Olympics, winning numerous honors and accolades.

7. The upgrade of the association's website to streamline administrative processes and facilitate fee payments.

8. The promotion of inter-chapter collaboration, fostering unity and camaraderie.

9. The observance of various global health days and events, demonstrating dedication to raising awareness about critical health issues.

10. Charitable efforts, including visits to orphanage homes, extending support to the community.

11. Successful partnerships with individuals, companies, and institutions, opening new avenues for growth and opportunities for members.

Metseaghanrun Oritsetimeyin is an exceptional pansite from Delta State university Currently serving as the National Secretary of the Pharmaceutical Association of Nigerian Students Secretariat. As the National Secretary General she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization by fixing meeting to discuss the affairs of the association as well taking minutes of the meeting. She also lends a helping hands to the president to the best of her capacity for the smooth running of the association.

In 2021, Oritsetimeyin held a core position as a member of the Social Committee, where she demonstrated her exceptional organizational and social skills.

Her dedication to professional development is evident through her active participation in various national conventions. Notably, she attended the PANS 2022 National Convention at IUO, where she engaged in insightful discussions and exchanged ideas with fellow students and professionals in the field. This experience allowed her to broaden her knowledge and gain valuable insights into the latest advancements in pharmacy practice.

In addition to her involvement in PANS, Oritsetimeyin also attended the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigerian Young Pharmacist Group National Convention 2023 in Port Harcourt. This gathering provided her with a platform to connect with young pharmacists from across the country, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Oritsetimeyin is known for her industrious nature and her unwavering willingness to lend a helping hand. Her promptness and reliability make her an invaluable asset to any team or project she is involved in.

EJEJE LAZARUS is a bonafide member of the Pharmaceutical Association of Nigerian Students (PANS), University of Uyo Chapter, Akwa Ibom State.

He is a Public Health Enthusiast who has volunteered for several NGOs and participated in different health awareness programs, campaigns and outreaches. He has also, worked assiduously with the Public Health Team of PANS UniUyo and the Anti-Drug Misuse and Abuse Program (ADMAP), in sensitizing the public on the implications of drug misuse and abuse.

Furthermore, Lazarus has served as the Local Liason Officer (LLO) of IPSF in his chapter, and was a member of the National Compounding Event Committee (2021).

Meanwhile, he is the Co-Founder of the charity organization, Living The Dream Initiative (LTDI), aimed at promoting the Sustainable Development Goal 3 of the United Nations, and particularly, steering the course of public health to unreached communities.

And by the Grace of God, Lazarus is currently the IPSF Contact Person, PANS Nigeria, supervising the activities and the affairs of IPSF across the country.

Okoro Stanley Fejiro, also known as Smiler, is a final year Pharmacy student at Delta State University. Smiler is known for his intelligence and quick thinking. He is also a passionate football fan and supports the Real Madrid football club.

Within the university, Smiler has held several positions in the Pharmacy Association of Nigeria Students (PANS). In the 2020/2021 academic year, he served as the Assistant Financial Secretary for PANS DELSU, showcasing his skills in financial management. In the current academic year, he served as the the Vice Chairman of Anti-Drug Misuse and Abuse Program (ADMAP) for Delsu chapter. Additionally, Smiler holds the position of Stakeholders Chairman for the Class of '23, where he works towards fostering unity and collaboration among his peers. He currently serves as the 48TH National Welfare Director

Outside of his involvement in pharmacy school, Smiler is also a member of Pharmish, a non-departmental organization (NDO) focused on positively impacting the lives of its members and the people around them. Smiler's interests extend to public health, where he aims to contribute to the improvement of healthcare systems and the well-being of communities.

He is currently the Head of Media and publicity, and this is due to his unmatched abilities in this field.
