ARE YOU READY FOR A NEW CHALLENGE??

From Saturday 14th May I will be running a 6-week group training course, every week for one hour.
These sessions will work to improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness, core and much more, all in a fun & friendly group environment!

All abilities are welcome🤍
Sessions will be tailored to suit each participants needs & experience!

I am also running a taster THIS Saturday (07/05/22) that is completely free of charge and will give anyone interested a chance to see what I do🤩

8 weeks later and there we have it, another training plan complete🥳
(On my progress pics, the left was 2 months ago, the right was a few days ago)

The aesthetic changes over this two month period were not huge but you can see my back has definitely developed and my glutes & legs are more defined! Alongside this, the strength gains I have made over the past 2 months have been immense🤩

My aim for this plan was to specifically focus on my strength and progressively overload as much as I could. I pushed myself as much and as safely as I could, progressively overloading and reaching new PB’s week in, week out😁

I am beyond proud of the weights I am now racking up and look forward to see where I can take my body going forward!!

The last month has been BUSY to say the least with starting my masters and working as a PT alongside this, BUT I still make time to go to the gym and get my own workouts in. The gym is my happy place, my escape mechanism, somewhere that is all about me, how I feel and what I can achieve.

I can’t emphasise enough how much the gym does for me both mentally and physically and I genuinely leave feeling so much better after every session🦋

The next few months for me is going to be focused around trying to increase muscle mass and alongside this, of course strength. I will be doing a sort of ‘bulk’, increasing my cals and hoping to add some mass onto my frame.

I am very proud of where I currently am but can’t wait to see where I can still go !!

Have you considered personal training??

I offer 1-to-1 sessions that will help you improve your confidence, knowledge and technique in the gym.
I will guide and support you in every single session and push you to reach your individual goals.
I use a range of training styles to suit how YOU like to train and will tailor all sessions to your needs and wants.

I work Wednesdays 7am - 1pm and Fridays 1pm - 8pm at Ashby Leisure Centre. I am also able to offer PT sessions outside of these times from Weds-Sun (times will differ day-to-day). Whatever your availability, if you would like to start personal training with me please get in contact and we can arrange your sessions accordingly.

Personal training is for everyone, no matter what your ability.

I am so happy to share that my personal training services are now available at Everyone Active located at Ashby Leisure Centre.

I am offering 1-to-1 training to both members AND non-members of Everyone Active so no matter whether you have a membership or not, my services are still fully available to you!

8-week transformation✨

This is my own personal 8-week transformation after undertaking a structured training programme.

The left pictures were taken on Day 1, the right on the final day of my plan.

I was not expecting big aesthetic changes from this plan as I have been training for a long time now but I am so so happy with the results nonetheless.
I pushed myself more than I thought I could and FEEL so much stronger than I did 8 weeks ago. I tailored my plan to really focus on progression of my compound lifts and increase overall strength💪🏼

I reached so many PB’s throughout these past 8 weeks and will continue to build on them. I have been trying to increase my mass for a while now and I have finally seen some results due to this plan which I am so pleased with🤩

Small progress is still PROGRESS !!!

I have just started another 8-week plan to see how much I can improve over the next two months😁

✨EXCITING NEWS✨

I am really pleased to announce that I have just completed my undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Exeter University.

From Monday 24th May I will be re-offering 8-week training plans (gym workouts, home workouts or both) for anyone who may want a little help progressing their training or are just starting out their own fitness journey. I will be there to support, guide and motivate you throughout your programme💪🏼

I am also providing one-off workouts or a collection of workouts suited to you and your training style to help you mix up your workout routine.

Both plans and workouts are completely to your disposal once you have received them.
