Hey Everyone!
🚨 🚨 Just wanted to give a heads up.

Starting April 26,2021, Seliza’s Cleaning Services will be applying a same day cancellation fee.
If a client is unable to keep our scheduled appointment and does not provide a 24-hour cancellation notice, any future appointment will require a prepaid fee of $25.
Also New Clients are required to pay a $25 deposit in order to book a house cleaning.

Hello Everyone, we hope everyone has their power restored and is staying safe and warm during these troubled times.

We will like to inform everyone that due to the weather and conditions we had to cancel all of our cleanings for the week of Mon. Feb 15th through Friday Feb. 19th.

With that being said we will reschedule all the houses that was due on that week to the following week Mon. Feb 22nd through Fri. Feb 26th in that same order.

The houses that was due on the week of Feb 22nd will fall in place to the week of March 1st to Fri. March 5th.

Please Prepare For Our Upcoming Freeze.

Here Are A Few Helpful Tips To Keep You And Your Home Safe:

Keep the faucet open because as you treat the pipe and the freeze starts to melt, water will start to flow. Running water through the pipe will help melt ice in the pipe.
Rotate ceiling fans clockwise so cold air doesn't blow down on you.
If possible, keep your thermostat at 68 degrees (since every degree above that can increase your bill by about 3%, and nobody wants that.
Utilize the sun, open blinds and curtains and let the sun in.
