President Rodrigo Duterte says if he wins as vice president in 2022, he will be the one to audit all government agencies—including himself.
"I will do that [audit], ako na lang din mag-audit sa lahat ng gobyerno, pati ‘yung akin. Mag-umpisa ako sa akin," he says in his latest taped speech.
The President also takes a jab at the Commission on Audit, saying he was a "victim" of their reports as he questions who audits the agency.
"Sino ang nag-audit ng COA? Ikaw 'yung tiga-silip na hindi ka na rin masilip. Iyan ang problema diyan," Duterte says.
