I had to read this book as whatever personal growth books I read or heard on audible this year, his quotes and his popular logo-therapy were mentioned. I heard this famous quote “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom” so many times and was wondering who is this author. This book is a gem and needs to be read over and over again. It tells how much Humans can endure suffering but still not lose hope if they HAVE purpose in their life.
Thank you for this beautiful book on true meaning of life. Loved it, loved and loved it ❤️ I got beautiful message from this book that “ We should always be a conduit of love as life does end but love never does 🌟🌟

YOGA- Why do I practice it? Why it has become integral part of me? Why do I get drawn towards my daily practices so much? Some days I do the same practice with same sequences which actually never feels same.. I practice yoga because yoga has helped instill so much self-trust within me .. It has helped me overcome my Self-esteem issues .. that “Not enough” feeling.. I was never a confident girl as I was full of doubts about myself, never stood up for myself, never had my own voice as I always trusted and believed other people’s opinions more than myself. Through yoga practice, I am getting to know myself each day and building that strong trust with my own self.. have learned to take care of my neglected inner-being, to listen to my inner voice and to OWN that unshakeable confidence. Yoga practice has unraveled that parts of me which I was hiding from myself. I truly feel grateful for my daily yoga/Meditation practice, and yes .. I am still work in progress ..❤️🙏 I share this practice with others not to gain fan following but I know when you make others feel better .. it creates a beautiful Ripple effect .. and all human beings on this planet want to be seen, heard and loved❤️🌈🦋🦋
