Today Carl and I were facilitating two workshops, ‘Portraiture’ and ‘Making Time for Me’, I was humbled by people’s sincere want to join in, try new things and embrace their own fears, emotions and self judgements. I sometimes forget how much courage it takes to try new things. It was a pleasure to be at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine within their Health and Well-being week.

Here’s a video of Sadegh (our portraiture model) within the ‘capturing movement’ section of our workshop.

Feel free to post interesting articles and insights you may have, but please do be mindful of others feelings and where possible find away to challenge in an open and honest way rather than criticise and find fault.
