From the high seas to a seaside oasis. Teaching the HERIZEN Van Isle Yoga Teacher Training on Mudge Island. Held at my student Rose;s waterfront property - she took the training 8 years ago and another student that took the Baja YTT has returned after 12 years. Fantastic group of women, prana rich food, lots of Yoga Asana, Bhakti etc..and even Zumba mornings.

Dadio will be 86 on Friday and it has been 3 years since were together. This summer I will head over to Scotland for a nice long visit and a walk about in between. The HERIZEN Bonny Scotland Walking Adventure for women Aug 10 to Aug 21, 2022 is finally happening. After the Baja Sailing Trip- two amazing young women came to participate in a live in 2 week Yoga Teacher Training here in Baja at my temporary Clarananda location. Clarananda is in transition to a new location so I had a small group of two, with big results. Bravo - I love when women are passionate about going to another level of self mastery and then sharing what they are passionate about with others. These ladies will now share their yoga teachings in Richmond, Virginia, BC, Canada and Australia.

Onwards now to Belize to lead a Belize Sailing Adventure and then a Mayan Jungle Yoga Retreat. Life is one big adventure and it feels really wonderful to travel again. Om Shanti Love now from Dallas airport. # #
