1. Give your burdens to the Lord: This part of the verse encourages believers to turn to God with their worries, fears, and struggles. By surrendering our burdens to Him, we acknowledge that some challenges are beyond our control and that we need divine intervention and support.

2. He will take care of you: This promise assures us that God is not only capable of bearing our burdens but is also committed to our well-being. It emphasizes God's faithfulness and love, reminding us that He is a reliable caretaker. When we trust Him with our problems, we can find peace and reassurance in His providence and care.

Further Reflection:
- Trust in God’s Sovereignty: This verse encourages believers to trust in God's sovereignty. Trusting God means believing that He has a plan for us, even when we cannot see it. It’s a call to faith, reminding us that God is in control and that He cares deeply for us.

- Relief from Anxiety: By giving our burdens to the Lord, we can experience relief from anxiety and stress. This act of surrender is a way to offload the emotional and mental weight that burdens us. It’s an acknowledgment that we don’t have to carry our burdens alone.

- God’s Faithfulness: The assurance that God will take care of us reinforces His faithfulness. Throughout the Bible, there are numerous examples of God taking care of His people. This verse is a personal reminder of His enduring promise to care for us individually.

- Practical Application: In a practical sense, this can mean turning to prayer during difficult times, seeking God’s guidance through scripture, or finding solace in the community of faith. It encourages believers to develop a habit of leaning on God rather than relying solely on their own strength.

In Summary:
Psalm 55:22 is a powerful reminder of God’s invitation to trust Him with our deepest concerns and His promise to care for us. It encourages us to let go of our anxieties by entrusting them to God, who is both willing and able to support us through life’s challenges. We are grateful for the guiding light in the shadows, as confession becomes both solace and liberation. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Father Joseph, Father Rommel, Father Niño, Father Akim, and Father Jojo for their dedicated service in offering confession simultaneously at the Kujog Worship Fest. Your compassion and guidance are truly appreciated by all.

In the beginning, four friends came together unexpectedly to form KUJOG, each representing a pillar of strength, with 'J' for Jesus at their center.

Their goal wasn't just to tackle challenges but to turn chaos into something amazing, pooling their unique strengths and personalities to make KUJOG come alive. They may be SMALL and ORDINARY but mighty group who believed that with Jesus by their side, anything was possible.

As they met, laughter filled the room, showing their strong bond and shared purpose. Each person brought something special to the table, blending their talents into a strong team that pushed toward their goal. Their journey wasn't just about achieving success; it was about showing how unity, courage and faith could conquer any obstacle.

But they knew challenges could come their way. So, they leaned on the Holy cross seeing it as their shield, Holy Spirit’s courage as their armor, and their unity as their strength.

Together, they were ready to make their vision real—a story of faith, friendship, and the amazing things they could do with Jesus leading the way.

May the Good Lord watch over them, for where there's light, DARKNESS seeks to intervene. As they move forward with faith, may the blood of Jesus be their protection , the Holy Spirit leading the way, and their vision & mission may be the source of strength.

Let’s walk together & listen to one another!

Dear Volunteers,

Thank you for volunteering and working so tirelessly in God's vineyard. While I may not know the specific challenges and tribulations you are facing, I believe that the Good Lord is already proud of us for our efforts and dedication. He sees our struggles and our triumphs, and He is with us every step of the way. There is great victory awaiting each of us, as we labor in God's vineyard.

I want you to know that You have been equipped by God with strength, courage, capability, and worthiness. It is time to let go of doubt and embrace the unique dreams that God has placed within you. No one else in this world possesses your exact perspective or inner gifts. Believe in the potential of your dreams today, for you are prepared and sufficient in God's sight.

You are worthy, and your gifts are meant to be shared. May this event of collaboration open your mind and heart even further. May your service mold and transform you, deepening your faith and broadening your understanding of God's love and purpose. Know that you are seen, heard, and valued.

Your service here will never be in vain. This festival is just the beginning of stepping out in faith and embracing the wonderful journey God has planned for each of us.

May the Lord continue to bless you and guide you in all your endeavors. Let us carry forward the spirit of the KUJOG Worship Festival, embracing our mission with renewed strength and steadfast faith. As we look to the future, let us remain united, connected in our purpose, ever ready to spread God's love through our actions.

It’s a wrap!

By God’s grace, we were able to successfully hold the first-ever Kujog Prayer Fest!

We would like to thank everyone who have supported and participated the worship festival—most especially to our valuable speakers, sponsors, host, and the different ministries. Without you, the event wouldn't be a success. Salamat sa inyong pag-kujog!

𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐒𝐄 𝐏𝐈𝐓 | Songs of praise echoed from the grounds of the Old Tagbilaran Airport as the praise pit concluded the Kujog Prayer Fest 2024. The Catholic Charismatic Worship Collaboratives made up of the different music ministries in the Diocese of Tagbilaran namely—YFC, SFC, The Feast, El Shaddai, and Assumpta Choir, spearheaded the fest.

𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 | The Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament was held after the Thanksgiving Praise. The activity was presided by Rev. Fr. Johnson Q. Galaura and was accompanied by the representatives of the music ministries in the Diocese of Tagbilaran.

The El Shaddai Music and Dance Ministry drove the crowd to raise their hands as they dance along to the songs: Thank You Lord, Your Grace is Enough, and Counting on God during the “Thanksgiving” segment of Kujog Prayer Fest 2024.

The Feast Ministry led the “Adoration” segment of the Kujog Prayer Fest 2024. The crowd then joined the ministry as they danced and sang the songs: Worthy, Holy, Have You Seen/All Creations Sing, Endless Praise, and Hosanna.

𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐘 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐒 | A Eucharistic Celebration was held to officially start the program. The opening mass was presided by Rev. Fr. Jojo Guivencan and was accompanied by Assumpta Choir.

Attention mga Ka-Kujog

Here are the things that you need to bring during the Prayer Fest:

🔘Water- para dili mo ma-dehydrate. Water is life.

🔘Umbrella- para naa moy kasilongan incase mag-ulan. Bawal magkasakit.

🔘Extra Money- Arun naa moy kan.on just in case gutomon mo.

🔘Chair/Picnic Blanket- arun mafeel and ma-enjoy ninyo ang concert at the same time maka-relax mo

🔘First Aid Kit- incase of accidents. lisod ng ana pata mangandam ug nasakitan nata. (di tanan)

🔘Identification Cards (ID)- For security and safety purposes. Safety is priority, and Identity is the start ;)
