My Instagram was affected by this and I haven't been able to get my account back since. Spent an hour with meta tech support as well. Tried everything
So currently waiting on an Instagram support ticket to fix it which could take months, that's if they bother at all.

I'm basically done with insta/meta and their crappy service and could rant about it for ages.

From now on I'll be posting all my updates to my account on twitter.
