I set up Song’s Kitchen in 2012, after several years of working in some amazing professional kitchens under some incredibly inspiring chefs, and for several years before that in events management. I am English Chinese-Malaysian, and grew up in England, France and Switzerland, so my culinary influences are international. Because of this I do not like to limit myself to just one cuisine – instead I
get the best seasonal (and as local as possible) ingredients I can, taking inspiration from these ingredients to create themed catering menus. I have recently been involved in film catering projects which again fuelled my passion for creating tailor-made menus.
