John Terry has spoke highly of James Hanson. John Terry admitted a few of there players had to see the medical team at Chelsea after Hanson left them black and blue. Hanson who made his 250th appearance for the club and scored the winner against MK Dons said "It's great to hear the ex England captain speak highly of you, and proves that top teams do their homework on lower league teams. It's given me more confidence". Hanson also stated he wants to keep playing and said "Hopefully in a few years I'll be sat here with 350-400 club appearances for the club, and the aim is to get us into the championship, we want to be there sooner rather than later".
