Design and installation of all electrical systems as part of a full office renovation.

Multi-purpose workspace included: Medical laboratories / Desk space / Boardroom / Kitchen area.

Some tricky elements to overcome running our containment in around existing AC & air treatment systems.

Proud of my team for all of the hard work we put into this.

Progress on our Harlow project. 8 new apartments due for launch mid 2024. Thank you to my team for all your efforts and for always bringing a smile to work 😃

New TT earth supply fitted. The client had no earth within the property due to the failure of an old TT connection.

Illustrates the need for regular inspection and testing of electrical systems.

(Mechanical protection to new 25mm earth conductor provided where required, both on exit of inspection pit, and running back to existing MET).

Over in Essex this week installing 3 x Radial circuits for new aircon system in a busy office. sub board with 16A C Curve A type DP RCBOs. LSF T&E internally, converted to Hi Tuff for exterior portion of the circuits.

25mm tails terminated into existing Busbar chamber.

Had my good friend over at .c_electrical in on this, always a good graft and a good day.

We've helped transform this space in into a new surgery for The London Orthotics Company - www.londonorthotics.co.uk

An open space has been converted into a multi room medical facility, consisting of Gait lab, workshop, reception and treatment rooms. The glass work by the Capital team adds a real quality feel to the space.

Certain jobs with certain timescales & factors, need the main focus to be on electrical safety and regulatory compliance as opposed to getting that perfect look.

Been carrying out DB changes and EICR / remedials with the team on 15 occupied rental apartments in a listed building in Ramsgate.

Nice to be home for weekend, have a good one.

Can't say I relished this board, but happy with the result so far. Had a load of factors which made it tricky, you know the sort;

- Existing metal trunking top entry with single core conductors.
- Metal conduit bottom entry with singles.
- Short 16mm 2 core SWAs feeding floor traks that needed to be extended inside the board.

Using definitely makes life easier, it never let's me down.

Used a single phasing kit for this 24 way DB as it's a 35mm single phase supply.

Just a snag or two (25mm cpc fly off of distribution circuit gland) and final labelling and it's ready for sign off.

Nice to get back onto our Leicester Sq project yesterday to get some snaps of the finished floor.

The space was totally transformed and really happy with the outcome on this one.

Got rid of all of the old cabling, and simplified it for them with the MHUB U (4x3+1).

4K up to 40m on Cat 6 with this model.
