We currently have one person on staff, that's the owner, she will be listed as 'mother'. I've seen a lot of that. Here, I will be no different than a model.

Some points are listed below, just to make a couple things clear, I've seen how some sites are managed, and I don't want to appear as any other site. Owner and Model Equality--
→ I can't stand sites where owners think they're better than models because they run the site. Sure, you got it running and you
make the choices, but you don't have the right to talk down on the models. Of course I'll have the privileges to accept/deny potential models, and create contests, etc etc. But I'll have a modeling album for me, and I'll be competing in the contests too. I want to run an equal site, not a Democracy. Photo Quality--
→ We are looking for high quality photos. NO WEBCAMS. NO CAMERA PHONES. If you have a camera and it breaks, we'll work something out about you using your phone or we**am, otherwise we're a strict camera site. And PLEASE NO MIRROR SHOTS. If you can be creative with the photo, then go for it, but I don't want photos with waterspots, that's unprofessional. If you're not accepted into Alluring Generation--
→ Don't get yourself down if you're not accepted, it just means you're not what we're looking for, or perhaps your photos weren't exactly up to par. But if you can better yourself in any way you have the option to reapply after 3 days. Remember, we are looking for THE BEST we can possibly find, and just because you're not the best for our site doesn't mean you're not the best for another site. Remember, this is a family, please treat it as such....
