The chips we put inside our dogs to help them find their way back to us, are:
1. only as reliable as the info thats in them. This sweet old pup was chipped in Virginia in 2012. The phone number is no longer in use.
2. managed by different companies. This particular chip company only has phone number, state and name of pet. Useless.

Moral if the story: Take a few minutes to log into your pets chip website to make sure everything is current and has as much info as possible. Also I like the thought of the gps locators too but dang it, sometimes the old ways are best so make sure your pets have CURRENT LEGIBLE TAGS!

Please help me find “Jessie”s family. He was found in Starke, FL on CR 229 on 4/1/24 at 3:30pm.

I found this sweet old four legged lost fur baby crossing CR 229 near Starke Elem. He is neutered and has a chip but no answer at number associated with chip from 2012. If this is your pup, please message me. Would love to get him home to his family. ❤️🐾❤️🐾
