JOB VACANCY – PART TIME RECEPTIONIST (25 HOURS PER WEEK)
DR KRISHNAN’S SURGERY, KENT ELMS HEALTH CENTRE, LEIGH ON SEA SS9 5UU
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, part time Receptionist to join our small friendly team at Dr Krishnan’s Surgery, Kent Elms Health Centre.
GP surgery and SystmOne experience preferred but not essential, training can be provided.
You will work 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm. Shift pattern to be agreed.
Duties as follows:
• Welcoming patients to the surgery
• Taking telephone calls from patients and booking appointments
• Processing repeat prescription requests and speaking with patients and pharmacies
• Opening, scanning and matching incoming post
• Actioning tasks on SystmOne
• Undertaking a variety of administrative duties, to assist the smooth running of the practice
