About Gena Lynn
After over 35 years in the electronics industry I’ve returned to my creative side. Throughout high school I was an art major. I continued on to Moore College of Art in Philadelphia on a one year scholarship, but was unable to come up with the funds to continue on, so art took a back seat to survival.
I discovered this technique of painting through a friend that is also very creative and gave it a try. I was immediately hooked and was on a mission to find the right technique to complete 2 murals for my home. I live in Clearwater, Florida and enjoy beautiful sunsets right at the end of my street, so I decided to do a sunrise on my east side and a sunset on my west side. In playing with techniques I learned a lot about them and how to manipulate the paint.
When I started showing people I know what I have been doing, I received an overwhelming response to sell. Which is where I am today.
This is the beginning of my journey. It will be interesting and exciting, I’m sure!
