Sweet'Ness

My name is Vanessa Delgado, future owner of Sweet'Ness Bakery. I gained many years of kitchen experience while attending school.

I am an alumnus from the Culinary Institute of America with an Associate's Degree in the Occupational Studies of Baking and Pastry Arts. I am currently enrolled in the Hilton College at the University of Houston. My expected graduation date will be August of 2015 to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I accept cake orders during my time off to begin establishing my dream of opening my own bakery.
