Android users: do any of you have a problem with a session suddenly stopping after several minutes of play for no apparent reason?

Everyone - first, thank you for your patience as we correct the issues with the app.

Second, have any of you accidentally started a sleep session just by scrolling through the list of sleep sessions? Would you say this is a big problem, minor problem or not a problem at all?

UPDATE: The app developers are promising literally any day now for the platform to be back up. Then we can fix the app problems.

THE GREAT NEWS is that the app is back up for Androids! (Scroll down for iPhone info.) But the main "All Sleep Sessions" button doesn't work. Here's what to do:

First to a force stop on the app by pressing the app icon for 1 second until the screen appears where you can select App Info. Select App Info and then Force Stop on the right, then OK.

Now click on the app icon and then select the More tab and then the Test tab at the bottom. All the sleep sessions are there and they play perfectly when you turn your screen off.

IPHONE USERS: Under the More tab in the lower right, scroll down to the Info tab. All the sleep sessions are there and they play perfectly with the screen off!

Our app host told me the new platform would be operational last Wednesday, then Friday. As soon as it is, I’ll fix the issues but for now, I can’t. I know they are doing the best they can to get the app back up. I’m really sorry because so many have told me how important it is for a good night’s sleep. Please join me in praying that our app host will complete the transition to the new platform ASAP.

EVERYONE - the app is back up BUT I can't get access to the new platform yet so there are some things you need to know - just for now.

First, the "All Sleep Sessions" link in the middle of the home page is not functional right now. So, click on the More tab in the lower right corner of the main page and scroll down to the bottom tab titled "Test". Use this for now. It includes a brand new sleep session too!

Android users - first do a "force stop" on the app. Long press on the app icon until you see the window with App info at the top. Click on "Force Stop" on the right side. This resets the app. (You won't need your login info.)

Sessions now play when you turn off the screen on all phones. Sweet dreams!

EVERYONE! The SleepSmartz app has been down the last 4 days as our app developer transitions to a new platform.

When the app comes back up, we will quickly switch to a new audio host and ALL the technical problems will disappear. Sessions will play when you turn off the screen (both iPhone and Android), Android users will be able to use the main list of sessions, etc.

We will also include a brand new sleep session - "Setting Your Mind On Things Above" that you'll really like.
