Hi guys. I just want to remind you all that I have a policy in place for a reason. I spend time doing my price lists and policys so yous have all of the information without needing to ask me. I understand it might be a lot to read but it’s there for a reason. To protect me and my business. Thats on you if you don’t read it. As well as to save me time answering the same questions. Lately I’ve been a little soft and that stops now. If you are not paying the final balance 24hrs before the appointment it is simply cancelled. Yous all have reminders too. I understand things crop up etc but you know at the time of the booking and when you receive a reminder that it needs to be paid by then. Yous have all of the information at the time of booking so once you have paid the booking fee you are agreeing to my policy. If this isn’t something you agree with you absolutely don’t need to book in. I’m spending so much time lately which btw I don’t get paid for, chasing people for money. I hate having to do this but anyone who is self employed in particular the beauty industry will understand the struggles of dealing with the same issues. We end up out of pocket. I adore my clients and my job and the majority of the time i have ZERO issues with clients and they make my life so easy by simply reading the info. So please take the time to read over the info BEFORE booking in. Thanks for reading if you made it to the end 😝💕💄
