New series on Chakras🌀

Each layer is connected to a main chakra and messages move between the layers.
Any emotional problem happening at the mental layer will move down to through the different layers and to a relevant main Chakra to the body.
Physical illness starts to manifest in one of the higher energy bodies.

They are main energy centre's or vortexes or pumps of our energy bodies and can determine the quality of all our emotional and organic functions.

Prana or life giving energy is distributed through a system of subtle non physical channels called 'Nadis' throughout our physical body and responsible for the functioning of our emotions and physical organs etc.

In my next feature I will share little more about the function of the Chakras.

On International Yog day wanted to share that we are blessed to be born in the land where Yog originated but to remember that Yog is for everyone and useful to all mankind.

Yog is not just Asanas and those who go deep enough find the truth.
It teaches us to go beyond the body and reunite with Spirit.

To all those on the journey to seeking the truth of who they are and becoming free one must meditate night and day.
To become a master of music one does Riyaz day and night,to become a master of one self one must give more time to understanding self and spend more time in meditation.

Sales Associate
Working so she can learn new things
Attitude : Smiling , cheerful, Joyful , Customer Delight

As I walked to the first floor I was immediately greeted by a Salesgirl who had a contagious smile on her face .
Her cheerful demeanour instantly lifted my mood and made me feel welcome.
I'm a shopper who spends very little time to decide.

Jyoti drew me to the area that displayed the new range and shared information on the products which I thought was very helpful.
She helped to share some additional tips that I found useful.

Throughout our interaction I found her energy to be contagious.She remained upbeat and enthusiastic .
She had a genuine interest to make me feel valued as a customer.i could tell she took pride in her work.

When I was ready for my purchase she made sure my transaction was smooth.

Overall my experience with Jyoti was delightful.
She was a Salesgirl who knew how to delight the customer with her attitude and willingness to help.

Her smile was infectious ,I left the store with a big SMILE on my face .

Meet Sujata Anant Shinde
Profession : Office Cleaning,Housekeeping Gardener

Holds multiple jobs to ensure she gives her family a better life and a good education to her children
Attitude : Discipline Resourceful , Energetic, Enthusiasm, Helpful

When I started these posts my objective was to bring to light extraordinary attitudes in human beings that inspire.

I thought it would not be so easy to find such people but I'm being proved wrong every single time and I'm glad it's that way.

Sujata is amongst one of our Shakti tribe at home that helps in keeping our home running smoothly.
She comes in to clean our garden 3 times a week.
Not once has she bunked .
Not even during the Pandemic.

She arrives well dressed and full of energy on her scooter.
She will pop into the house to wish everyone,
mask up and start off her chores in the garden .

Ever willing to help with errands, may it be posting something for my mum or picking up some fish for us from GaneshPeth.
I have never once seen her lacking energy and enthusiasm and her ability to give a helping hand and sense of discipline is something incredible.

Where do you think discipline comes from ? Is it inherent or can it be cultivated ?

Happy Friday! Here's a wellbeing tip for you.

Start by deleting old and unnecessary files: Go through your files on your computer, phone, and cloud storage and delete files you no longer need. This will free up space and make it easier to find important files.

Unsubscribe from unnecessary email lists: Take some time to go through your inbox and unsubscribe from any email lists you no longer need or find relevant. This will help reduce clutter and make it easier to manage your inbox.

Organize your apps and desktop: Remove apps you no longer use or need and organize your remaining apps into folders or categories. Also, organize the icons on your desktop to help reduce visual clutter.

Clean up your social media accounts: Unfollow accounts that no longer interest you or bring value to your life. You can also use tools like Facebook's News Feed Eradicator or Instagram's Mute feature to reduce the amount of time you spend scrolling

Make it a habit to regularly de clutter whether it's once a month or every few months.

Remember that digital decluttering can help reduce stress and increase productivity.Its worth the effort .

Healyam Tip for Tuesday

Warming up before a quick workout is important to help prevent injury and prepare your body for physical activity. Here are some warm-up tips for a quick workout:

Start with dynamic stretches: Dynamic stretches are movements that increase your range of motion and help prepare your muscles for exercise. Examples include arm circles, walking lunges, and high knees.

Gradually increase intensity: Start with gentle movements and gradually increase the intensity as your body warms up. This will help prevent injury and prepare your body for more intense exercise.

Don't forget to cool down: After your workout, be sure to take a few minutes to cool down and stretch out the muscles you worked. This can help prevent muscle soreness and stiffness.

After 15 years of having the same aadhar card and phone number ,during some routine RTO related activity I discovered my Aadhar was not linked to my phone.
I was looking for a convenient Aadhar enrollment centre and got lot of suggestions from well wishers.
Bank jao ,Phone co mein jao ,city post mein jao.
I had to get this job done.
Best way to get around our city is by Rickshaw. I found Rajeev outside my lane and
I first went to HDFC bank in his rickshaw, found the centre was discontinued unfortunately . When I came out trying to figure where to go next and sensed my irritation he volunteered to drive me to City post Shivaji nagar .
With my set plan I said naahi
Let's do Deccan post , he patiently drove me , i found that centre also closed .

I had requested him to drive me so he was patiently waiting and again said he'd drive me to City post but again as per my research there was another centre on FC Road so I requested him to drive me there .Found that centre also closed .😶
All through this he waited patiently and🧚I finally decided to go to city Post Sn. Once we reached He
walked in on my behalf and got me a form and then took the fare wished me and left.

Wow.what an amazing customer centric approach.A lesson or two we can learn from him .Empathy,Patience, Resourcefulness.

He has surely won my HUGE RESPECT.
