We had so much fun helping out with this basement bathroom build! We installed the tile surround, custom glass and built the custom built-in long cabinet on the side wall of the tub!

This shower had been leaking and once we demoed, we found out the water damage was all the way through a section of the exterior wall. Thankfully it wasn’t as big of a section as it could’ve been and was replaced/repaired easily. The shower was rebuilt and waterproofed, like all our showers, using go boards and schluter waterproofing membrane. No more water damage or leaks welcome here! 😉

Thankful first, for the birth our Savior, and for all our friends, family and clients who have been with and supported us in 2023!
We are blessed and thankful we get to spend this holiday season with our 2 beautiful children, before the newest addition to our team arrives next year! Due in February and we couldn’t be more excited! 😍

We didn’t have the perfect space to work with, but with the now much larger walk-in shower, double vanity, and HEATED FLOORS😍, this has definitely become one of our favorite rooms we’ve remodeled in this house so far! You’ll find me here all winter long, with the heat turned up as high as it’ll go 😂

It has been one week since we said our final goodbyes to our perfect little niece, Arabella Faye💔

I’m old fashioned, so I thought this bathroom was gorgeous before the remodel, but after?!
WOW! 😍
I LOVE that herringbone tile and I have to brag a little bit about David! This was a decent sized floor and laying tile in that herringbone pattern is time consuming, but more importantly, a beautiful work of art! 🤗

After months of working on the major/minor and now final details, we are excited to announce that we have officially expanded our business to be able to install our own custom shower glass doors!

This has been our plan for a couple of years and the time for that has finally come!

I know I’ve talked about my obsession with arabesque tiles on here before…. But for the first time ever… I have them in my own home!!! 😁 This is in our home office. 😍 We will be working on refinishing a beautiful office desk and once the rest is furnished, we will share the before and after of this room!! Cabinets built and installed by the one and only 🤗

Let’s talk about DEMO DAY🔨🪚🧨

I got to join David today on demo day 2 of this master bathroom!

Until you work in construction (or close by someone who does) you think demo day is so fun! You get to break stuff and not even get in trouble for it! 🤣

In reality though? Demo days are HARD! They are back-breaking and straight up exhausting! 🥵

So I’d like to give a shout out to my hubby all the men and women who do this type of work! Your dedication and hard work does not go unnoticed!
And to all the others… just a friendly reminder: when you’re tempted to complain about the price your contractor gave you, consider the amount of body breaking, physical labor that goes into project they’re working on to create the dream oasis you get to enjoy for years to come! 🤗

Swipe to see the water damage and mold this shower bench had! 🤯 Actually the entire shower pan had standing water all around and beneath the tiles. Facebook doesn’t let me upload the video that’s on our Instagram page, but David stood up on the bench and jumped a few times and the bench just fell apart😬

The way Landon admires his daddy is one of the most adorable things I’ve ever seen! 😭😍 He just follows him around and smiles, then talks to him like with nobody else! 😂 The days we get to visit daddy at work are our favorite!! 🥰

Our babies turned ONE & FOUR on Saturday!!!! 🥺🥹 We can’t imagine our lives without them and are so thankful to God for blessing us with these two ❤️ May you always be so joyful and thankful for even the smallest of things! And most importantly, may you grow up knowing how much God loves you and choose to love Him in return! 🙌🏼

Let me tell you a little bit about David!
He is so much more than the artist behind every remodel and the one who brings a customers vision to life!
He was born and raised in the European country of Serbia, where he first started tiling! When we got married in 2015, though he didn’t speak any English at all, he left behind everything and everyone he ever knew to build a better life with me here in the states!🥺🥰
He is one of the most hardworking, genuine, honest and loving people I’ve truly ever met! I admire his integrity and the way he works tirelessly to make a life for us and the kids❤️
Fast forward 7 years: He is still successfully running his own remodeling business, speaks English fluently, has a wife and 2 kids who absolutely adore him😍, and most importantly, he has a Father in heaven who watches over, blesses and protects him and his family day in and day out! 🙌🏼
So much more could be said about this man we love so much… but I think you get the point! 😉

Do you remember this(first photo) before and after shower remodel David did for his brother in Michigan? 😀 Well we were able to go back last week to remodel the rest of the bathroom! 🙌🏼

Running a family business, though it’s not always easy, has so many blessings.. to which we give God the glory for!🙌🏼
We had the privilege of going to Florida for almost a month a few weeks ago! David did a bathroom remodel for my aunt and uncle and then a smaller job for my cousins & great friends of ours! When David completed his jobs, we were able to take 5 days to go on vacation as a family! 🌞

I will quickly admit that I am not the greatest social media manager... 😬Instagram posts often fall on the back burner as I focus on raising our kids, while helping run our business, and all the other duties that come with being a mama and wife!😍 With that said, I will plan to post photos of the remodel completed on the beautiful island of “Little Gasparilla” in the next couple weeks!

How has 8 months passed since this first photo was taken?? 😢 The youngest member of our team fits in perfectly! 😍 He crawls as fast as he can to grab daddy’s tools and stick them in his mouth before we can catch him😅
God has blessed us beyond comprehension with these two!! We just couldn’t imagine life without them! 😍
