LEADERSHIP THAT USES THEIR PEOPLE AGAINIST EACH OTHER FOR PURPOSES OF HOLDING CERTAIN ONES DOWN
LEADERSHIP THAT DOES NOT LEAD WITH THE INTENT OF INSPIRING, ECOURAGING, DIRECTING WITH GODLY PRINCIPLALS - LEADERSHIP THAT REALLY THINKS THEY SHOULD RECEIVE RESPECT AND DOES NOT GIVE IT
LEADERSHIP THAT CANNOT CONTINUE THE GROWTH OF OTHER LEADERS "IT IS NOT GOING TO WORK IN THIS SEASON"
