O.H is the title track of the project - blending my love of funk, hiphop, soul and of course my penchant for left-field electronic switch ups The intention with O.H was to write something as honest and authentic to myself as possible, which lead me to finding lines about materialism, nostalgia, hubris, tokenism, outsider mentality and pride for where I’ve come from, all of which found their way into the whole project. O.H mixes my love for funk, old school & new school hip hop with my love for experimental music, wordplay and subliminal lyricism. O.H is a playful foray into the funk-based/west coast style with a few left-field twists, namely the 3rd verse which transitions into an introduction to the themes explored throughout the full Outsider Hypothesis EP.
