My online coaching is a journey together where both of us have to work hard. I will be giving feedback to you on your daily calorie, macro, micro and water intake. Depending on your goal I may suggest you a few supplements, none sponsored. You can choose the brand if you want.
You will be using a calorie tracking app or manually track it, I prefer you use an app. I will provide my own videos, my own drawings, various youtube videos and resources online.

I do not go with a single diet / training plan or program such as keto, fasting, strength training, you name it. It all depends on what suits your schedule and lifestyle. I will help you find that ultimate, sustainable, healthy and balanced diet and training program. There is no answer in fitness as every individual varies, so it is critical for me to guide you to the most efficient way and you to follow and report calories, condition, training at full honesty.

I am not going to lie, but you will need at least 4 months for visual results. Programs designed for a week or a couple of months will leave you with an eating disorder or obesity.
