A perfect spring pasta 🌱🌱🌱
When spring rolls around, we always find ourselves eating lighter, with more attention on the season’s abundance of vegetables. In our vegan pasta, they’re front and center, featuring cavatappi tossed with a zesty marinara sauce, zucchini, squash, carrots, broccoli, and red onions.
This week we’re going vegan 🥬
Starting with a base of kale and quinoa, our vegan salad bowl is topped up with fresh avocado, roasted sweet potatoes, chickpeas, pumpkin seeds, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzled with our lemon agave dressing and garnished with chips, it’s light and nutrient-packed to keep you going all day.
