After years of sitting in an office at writing documents and taking phone calls, I started to experience lower back stiffness. As the work was busy, I had ignored the pain and continued working. Over time, the soreness worsened and I had to take days off work without pay. On top of the lack of income, extra expense were paid into physiotherapy and chiropractor. The diagnosis from CT scan showed disc contour at L4/5 and L5/S1 with posterior annular calcification. And thus we had finally purchased ergonomic office chair and desks as advised. We were surprised at how much of a difference it had made for our postures and wished we had known earlier. Thus this page, we would like to share office employees.
