A sweetly scented production that I didn’t get to post about yet.

I had the pleasure to be trusted with setting up the location for 2-days seminar hosting some of the most expert noses and respected perfumers in the world, from Grasse to Japan.

It was a sensory experience during which even I, from the sidelines, learned so much about the magic & biochemistry of perfumery.

L’Artisan Parfumeur was born from a love story between Jean Laporte, founder of the house, and the nature that surrounds him, making him a an admired niche perfumer since 1976.

The brand was born as the result of a fun challenge.
Due to his training as a chemist, a friend asked founder Jean Laporte if he could create a banana scent to wear with a costume of the same fruit to a gala evening at the Folies Bergères, then many more scents followed.

Thank you for the trust, this was one good smelling project !! 😍🍃🍌👃

Built in just three months and three weeks by Ştefan cel Mare following a key 1488 victory over the Turks, Voroneţ Monastery is the only painted monastery that has had an internationally recognised colour associated with it. 'Voroneţ Blue', a vibrant cerulean hue created from lapis lazuli and other ingredients, is prominent in its frescoes.

Angels at the top roll up the zodiac signs, indicating the end of time, while humanity is brought to judgement in the middle. On the left, St Paul escorts the believers, while a stern Moses takes the nonbelievers on the right. Heaven and the Garden of Eden is on the bottom left, the Resurrection is on the bottom right.
On the northern wall is Genesis, from Adam and Eve to Cain and Abel.
