She hopes to send out a message herself soon! ☺️

It’s always tough to leave someone in the hospital…you just want to be with them all the time, but it’s such a comfort to know that this same God holds us in His hands ❤️

The rest of the chapter says this:
“29 He gives power to the weak,
And to those who have no might He increases strength.
30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary,
And the young men shall utterly fall,
31 But those who wait on the LORD
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint.”

God is good all the time!
As we choose to trust His plan, we think about how He has moved in our lives…we really can totally trust Him, even when things don’t go the way we would like them to. He sees the bigger picture!

It was a mix of smiles and pain today. She’s been through a lot, but Mom has been able to speak and sing right out of the recovery room. There is still a lot of recovery left, but it’s so good to know that Jesus has her back ☺️😉

Thank you so much for all of your messages! We will be doing a lot of reading to catch her up on everything. 🥰
Mom seems to be doing quite well considering the extent of the surgery. We are so thankful for her excellent surgeon, his team, and the nurses who are very attentive.
When we left tonight she quietly sang “Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus” with us, then told us to go sleep☺️❤️

Our little jamboree runs from 2pm-5pm, and we are so happy to have the Hansen Trio and Curtis&Bonnie Szakacs and Family join us! 🎶🎸
