Make sure your computer use is a blessing to your family. If you have recently found digital evidence of p**n use with your child, I recommend using the resources at Covenant Eyes to help.
Stay calm.
Tell your child child that they are not in trouble and you still love them ❤️
Be strategic about who is involved when talking to your child. If you need to talk to your daughter, she may be very embarrassed if her dad is also there.
Calmly present the digital evidence that you found.
Share reasons with your child why p**nography or a a distortion of real love. In p**n, people are not viewed as valuable individuals made in God’s image but as an object to meet sexual gratification outside of God’s program of marriage.
Again, remind your child that they are not in trouble and that you love them.
And because you love them, you will work with them to protect them from p**nography.
Follow to see what you can do to help your family stay away from p**n.
