Busy day today cooking new Vegetarian recipes. Puerto Rican night. Chicharones de pollo vegetarianos (vegetarian Chicken rinds), Tostones (fried plantains), Amarillos (fried bananas), Cerdo desmenusado vegetariano ( Vegetarian pulled pork), Arros con gandules vegetariano ( Vegetarian rice with pigeon peas) now for apetizer I made Vegetarian cream cheese dumplings with a latin Asian sauce. Delicioso!!!!!

100% Lasagna
This turned out sooooo good!!!! All ingridiendts used are on the picture. Love the italian seitan mixed with the crumbles made a great tasting meat sauce. I recomend using sauce it is the best tasting and made with the best ingridients. For vegan ricotta you will be surprised how tastes just like the real thing! The best part, we had no digestive issues eating this and we normaly have a hard time digesting lasagna.
