Conventional Debate (Aadab 2017)
The Debating Society, along with ZHDC Students' Union, invites you to the Conventional Debate, a part of our annual cultural fest, Aadab 2017.

Rules of the debate are as follows:-
1. Only team participation is allowed. A team should comprise of 2 members- one speaking for the motion and the other against it.
2. Time allotted to each speaker is 4 minutes(3+1), followed by one interjection.
3. The debate is bilingual- English or Hindi as a medium can be used. However, the speaker should adhere to the chosen language throughout the speech.
4. Each college/university can send maximum 2 teams.
5. Speakers in the team can choose to speak in different languages.
6. Participants are required to carry their ID cards.
7. Decision of the judges will be final and binding.
8. Punctuality is of utmost importance. Teams must report on time.
