U.S. Postal Service, King County police departments use trackers to catch porch pirates In the city of Newcastle, investigators placed packages with GPS trackers at doorsteps where packages have recently been taken.

Two coyotes in the neighborhood spotted at 9pm tonight. One was by the baby park and the other up the hill by the new construction entrance. Video of the smaller one running into the trails connecting to the Highlands.

Delivered to our front doors today. Anyone read anything on maintaining the streets cleanliness and trees throughout this project?
What are the expectations/rules with Big Mountain Enterprise maintaining clean streets and not irreparably damaging our street lined trees unlike the last townhome project next to the elementary school @ City of Newcastle, Washington - Government?

The project broke preliminary ground the past couple weeks. First, the chain link fence went up and yesterday the “offices” were dropped off. One truck used for the delivery and the trees have been clipped and our streets tracked with mud and rocks already.
Let’s hope this developer exhibits courtesy and accountability with all of their contractors.
