We are surrounded by people with varying talents relating to the entertainment industry. We all know someone whose “gift” and passion for singing, rapping, instrumentation,
composition and so on, exceeds the conventional standard. They might be your brother,
cousin, partner, neighbour, dude you ride the bus with or yourself. What isolates these
individuals from their peers is ‘exposure” or being i
n the “right place” at the “right
time”. “Ice World Records” (I.W.R) is more than just a recording entity. They seek out
undiscovered talent, help develop them as artists, provide recording facilities, promote
material and guide the artist through the industry. I.W.R was established by brothers Lance Leausa and Ezra James that saw the potential
around them and impelled to share it with the world. They are accompanied by an adroit team
that combine to ensure the maximum opportunity for artist that they would otherwise not be
able to achieve on their own, such as access to an accumulating network and resources. I.W.R differ from other management ethics as they are all about being “true” to the artist’s
creative sphere and assisting in development and not about manufacturing products. They
not only provide opportunities for recording artists, they also provide opportunities for
