Some of you are unaware of just how amazing you are. The way you make people laugh, lift others up, or spread some extra love. You do this even though you are struggling too, and I think it makes you such a beautiful human being.

There are people who have broken your heart. Who have hurt you. Who have broken your trust. But look carefully.
There are some who love you, who trust you and are proud of you. Yes, there were things that didn’t work out. There were moments when life was really harsh. But think carefully.
There were moments when things worked out the way you wanted. When you were smiling. When life was pleasant. Yes, you made mistakes. You felt bad for yourself. But think carefully.
There were moments when you were proud of yourself. When you followed your heart. When you did what you wanted to do. So relax. Your past is gone. Shape your future and have fun in the present. Life is never the way we want it to be. But that’s the way it is.
You are not perfect. No one else is. You have flaws. Everyone has. You made mistakes. Everyone has. You failed at something. Everyone has. You can try again. So relax. You are a good human being. You are lovable. You are beautiful. Don’t be so harsh on your life.
Love yourself. Because you deserve the best and that is you.

This has been a rough week for so many. Things change and I truly believe everything happens for a reason but often we don’t see the answer until we look back much later. As things continue in an uncertain world we must all take a pause and remember to be thankful for the experiences we have had and those yet to come. One day at a time my friends - that’s all we can do.

Sometimes the little things have such a huge impact on someone … sometimes they are so filled with love it brings back a flood of memories. Sometimes your heart just needs it. Always remember that the little things are impactful and memorable. We are often so busy with life that we forget to take the time to just enjoy these little moments which are gifts from God.

It has been awhile since I’ve posted. There has been a lot happen in my life over the past couple of years and I needed the time to find my way through the pain and sadness. I’m finding my balance again, finding my peace, finding my center. It takes time to heal and I’m positive there is still more healing to be done. However I am strong and will get through it (as I was reminded recently). I thank you all for the silent prayers, for the love and encouragement, for being there silently while I made my way through. I am blessed. #

I was given a purpose in this lifetime to help others and have become certified in multiple modalities (listed below) which I have used to help others. Since I was small child, I have been able to communicate with Angels and spirits, but the past 10 years have proven to be the most rewarding when I decided to pursue the gifts given to me to better help others. I have worked via phone and Skype to give readings and healings while also performing them in person. As I continue to pursue providing services, I am working toward bettering myself as a practitioner as well as honing my skills to assist those who come to me better than ever before. Over the past 5 years I have helped many find their life purpose and have continued to keep lines of communication open with them as they have pursued their passions.
