We were honoured to have Jen, Mel and Amanda from Upper Hunter Homeless give an informative talk on the pressing issues of homelessness and domestic violence, in our local area.
They shed light on the alarming rise in cases affecting all age groups, from teens to those in their 70’s and shared ways we can all contribute to making a difference.
Donations of gift cards are particularly helpful as they are easy to store and versatile. They can be used to purchase kitchen packs, bedding, clothing, and other essentials for those starting over. Additionally, monetary donations are welcome and tax-deductible.
Thank you for joining us and raising awareness of this critical issue. Your work is truly inspiring!

🎶 Last Tuesday night was a killer time at the Singleton Theatrical Society SATS production of “We Will Rock You”!
President Chryse, pictured with our Rotary family cast members, had a blast singing along to all the Queen hits, from “Bohemian Rhapsody” to “Somebody to Love.”
The talent on stage was phenomenal. 🎭
Many of our members have been involved with SATS over many years, from treading the boards to painting sets, sewing costumes to backstage crew. Every SATS show is “A Kind of Magic” and this one is truly a “Radio Ga Ga” experience! Thanks to everyone who made it a night to remember! 🎤
The final 3 shows are on this weekend, so “Don’t Stop Me Now!” ! Head over to the website and book your tickets. 🎟️

We have some talented and very versatile members - so when our Grand Poobaa and multi skilled Past President Andrew was asked to be the MC for the The Mailrun - Charity Bike Ride he jumped in boots and all and did a great job. This shows not only his skills while sitting down on the job but we caught him Googling Bike Jokes to add to his already full repertoire. Great stuff Captain Fantastic.
If you want to join a club filled with talent, drive and unlimited skills then the Rotary Club of Singleton on Hunter might be worth a visit. Send us a message if you are interested.
