Starting off with power-based exercises will give you a proper muscle definition. Some of the power exercises you should try out during this period include the inclined bench press, heavy bench press and pull-ups.
Rest as needed between all sets. At least 90 seconds between sets of the 5x5 exercises.
Run
Sprint up a hill for 40m. Walk back down and repeat five times. Start with a very steep slope. When it gets a bit easier, switch to a gentler slope and increase the distance.
