What an absolutely amazing trip. I really had no clue what to expect. Everything about the cruise exceeded my expectations!!! The kids had a blast seeing the ocean for the first time! So sad to leave!

Dayton's first real birthday party. He was invited by one of the little kids in his preschool class! It was so cute watching him interact with his little preschool friends at the private themed birthday party!

Holy ****! That moment when your kid finds the elf on the self in a spot where you forgot you hid it! Argh oh great! Trying to come up with a reason the elf is face down on top of the kitchen cabinets! I was just thinking the other day that I need to figure out where I put that elf! Lol Shoot now I'm gonna have to redeem myself with a letter from the elf in September! It better be good!
Gosh so simple! Kids are actually very simple! We as adults make them complicated! Just remember to love in them!

Countdown 13 days til we leave for our cruise! The kids each picked an excursions at a port! Kallie chose to swim with the dolphins in Cozumel. Dayton chose to swim with the stingrays and go to the turtle farm in Grand Cayman! We cannot wait!

I thought this was pretty cool! I struggle to get my water in throughout the day. Here's some ideas for whatever goal you are trying to accomplish. Anyone else have any good ideas on how to get your recommended daily amount of water in?
Awe my heart just melted! Dayton wanted to order and pay for his own dinner at Taco Bell. I LOVE when they start becoming independent. So cute!
We have slowly started building a garden and clearing an area to start one next spring! I am a complete newbie at all this! In fact I thought we were going to plant one this past spring. So, I bought all the seeds and at the end of May I was getting ready and mentioned to a friend what I was doing. She said you can't just put them in the group and water them! Lol if you really wanting them to grow you need to start them inside around March! Oh great! Well, I missed that one! I'm thinking about composting. Does anyone recommend it? Have any experience doing it? I'd love any and all advice you guys can offer! Is this a good one? It's from Costco?
What is your favorite pre-workout? I have tried all of these below. They are great for those days you just cannot get going. I try not to use them consistently but when I do I have an amazing workout.
Well that was interesting tonight! We attended The Fitness Marshall at Lifetime today! I loved watching him and his backup dancer but I'm not sure it was my kinda working out! Lol He is one hell of a dancer! Damn Gina!
It's always a nice surprise when your husband decides to make breakfast for the family! I have thee most pickiest eaters ever! So he got a nice taste of what morning breakfasts are like in this house. I'm eating healthy so carbs need to be low and protein high! Dayton WILL not eat eggs!!! Kallie will only eat her eggs over medium with two pieces of toast! So here it is....meal #1, meal #2 and meal #3 lol! Thanks hubby for making everyone happy this morning! Anyone else sure the multi meal struggles? Lol
So excited! We just bought our season passes to Keystone! This will be the first season the kids will be skiing with us. I learned how to ski there when I was in elementary so Keystone has a soft spot in my heart! I love all the other actives that Keystone offers other then just skiing! Anyone else get a season pass to any of the resorts?
Great way to cheat clean and it's delish! 170 calories depending on the flavor. Great snack idea! Kings Soopers is now selling them! My fav is the chocolate. Anyone who knows me I am a chocoloholic! Also, helps with my sweet tooth! Has anyone tried them?
Man! I'm completely amazed how one day you kill your workout. You even have to make yourself stop and the next you can't finish anything! Argh! I'm still pushing through my run but it's not pretty! Keep going! Keep pushing! The payoff is bigger then you know!
25 days until we leave for vacation! I cannot tell you how excited we are to be finally taking a vacation! If you would have asked me two months ago if we could ever leave the state? I would have said no way! This road with Dayton and his epilepsy has been so hard on our whole family. We are taking our very first cruise! We will be going to Cozumel, Montego Bay and Grand Cayman. This will be a much needed break from reality and great bonding time. This will be the kids first time ever seeing a beach, the ocean and going out of the country. I'd love to hear do's and don'ts from those that have done any cruising.
I'd like to give a huge shout out to Bobby Brown, TLC, Aaliyah, Blackstreet and Salt and Pepper for pushing me through back and biceps workout today! What do you listen to, to get you pumped up for a workout after a long day of work?

After this weekend I think we all feel like we need a good detox! Lol
