Move, rest and digest after your holiday! I’ll be teaching at Twisted Sister Yoga in Arkville this Friday and every Saturday, 10:00-11:15. All poses optional, all levels welcome!

Sunday Yoga Sub! Chair Yoga this Sunday 6/23 will be with Candace Rudd 🧘‍♂️

After more than 20 years of practice and seeing how yoga has changed her life, Candace Rudd decided to share the gift with others. Candace is a 500 hour trained yoga teacher. With additional work in sound healing, yoga philosophy and group healing retreats. Yoga is so much more than the asanas! When Candace shares, she is passionate about introducing chanting, meditation and pranayama so one can incorporate these tools into daily living. This is where the change begins, it’s the way we treat ourselves and our relationships with others. Her mantra, a quote from the great BKS Iyengar, “ Yoga is a light once lit, will never dim. The better your practice the brighter your flame” Shine bright!
