Second design coming in hot! I’ve always been one for mental health awareness. I’ve had post-partum depression after having all 4 of my kids. And now I’m going through a HUGE change in my personal life this past year so my mental health has been a bit shaky. There’s nothing wrong with putting yourself first sometimes and getting rid of the stigma surrounding it! ❤️
