If we recognize that everything in our environment and all that we are ‘taking in’ in fact, ‘consuming’ is food - whether it is feeding our body, our mind, or our spirit - how nutritious is it? Do we stop and think about if we are being well-fed through all of our senses, and in everything we are exposed to? How about our children? Do we objectively ask ourselves: What are we consuming? And is it good for us.
This one hour presentation will look the core foundations of nutrition, nutritional resources and toxicity. We will also look briefly at how HANDLE and nutrition work both complimentary as well as synergistically.
There will be additional time for questions.
