- Cream puffs with vanilla cream and strawberry "sauce/jelly" $5.00 each (min. 3).

On Sunday June 27th I will be be offering 4 strawberry tarts (individual size) for $15.00. I am really excited to be doing this because I will be using strawberries from a local farm.

If you are interested, please place your order by June 23nd so that I can pick up enough strawberries when I visit the farm.

Millefeuille vanille caramélisé.

Millefeuille vanille
- Pâte feuilletée maison
- Crème diplomate vanille
- Fondant maison

C'est croustillant. En bouche le feuilletage fond avec la crème. Ce n'est pas bon du tout! Des haricots seraient mieux je pense 🤣

Tartes aux fraises sur base de sablé breton et une crème diplomate à la vanille.

Financier noisette et Madeleine citron 🍋

Un petit dessert pas bon du tout composé de:
- Un biscuit type madeleine au citron
- Un insert citron
- Une mousse citron

Le pain au chocolat.
Il y a plusieurs façons de le façonner. Je préfère celle où les deux barres de chocolats sont espacées. On a plus de chance d'avoir un morceau de chocolat à chaque bouchée.
