Westchurch Disc Golf
The life of a mediocre disc golfer.
Not gonna lie, it's hard to think of stuff to post when there are several feet of snow outside and I'm busy with finals. But I'm heading to warmer climates for the next few weeks. Anyway, here are the minis I've collected over my time playing. I love marking my spot with these even when I'm playing a casual round. Do you use minis much?
Loving the way these pins from Disc Golf Pins look on my bag! Any suggestions on other ones I should get?
The spectrum of discs that help me maintain my sometimes decent but most of the time slightly worse than average status of Disc Golfer
Aside from my 2 front teeth, all I want for Christmas are more discs I'll throw poorly. What discs are on your Christmas list? Also Happy Hanukkah everybody!
The best thing about winter rounds is that my focus shifts from my round to whether or not I'm keeping my body at 98.6 degrees. Do you like playing rounds in the snow?
This little blue beauty of an FD was given to me by my brother. This thing glides so well I can consistently throw it about as far as my fastest drivers. I love how much the Disc Golf community exchanges discs, even the pros do! What is your favorite disc you've been given from someone else?
Just got the discs I ordered from Infinitediscs on Black Friday! I ordered the porcupine ridge leopard3 and added a mystery disc and ended up with this awesome Vulture from Discraft. Anyone else treat themselves on Black Friday or Cyber Monday?
I might get more frustrated while playing Disc Golf than anything else, but I love it. A sentiment I know a lot of you share as well.
*insert joke here about getting a birdie on the hole* 🦃 Hope everyone that traveled somewhere for Thanksgiving got there safely! I'm grateful for, you guessed it, Disc Golf. Have a great Turkey Day everyone!
I got the Hero Pack from Innova Discs over the summer and have loved it ever since. It holds everything I need and then some. What bags do you use?
I love playing rounds, but some of the best stress relief I get is from just going out and throwing my discs and seeing how they fly. What discs can you throw the farthest?
The more I exaggerate my putt the better I seem to do. Should I put like this all the time?
Well it snowed a little bit today in Rexburg. Still had to play a round though! Do you enjoy playing in the winter?
Just got the new Crescent Falcon II from Discmania Discs and I love it so far. I've never had an md4 before, but this flies about like I would expect it to. What are your favorite midranges?
Happy Halloween from your friend here at Westchurch Disc Golf! May your drives not scare you immediately out of your hand!
Freeman Park in Idaho Falls is my favorite course to go to. Easy enough for anyone to play on, with some challenging and long holes mixed in. Always a fun time, even when you throw some accidental rollers. Woops 😏
The Wombat3 is quickly becoming my favorite disc. It goes so straight with a little bit of turn and almost no fade. What are your favorite discs?
If you hit this gap from 200ft with a disc what is going through your mind 🤔? How do you even play this haha? My roommate and I weren't sure what to think when he did it.

I guess Leopards like swimming, 2nd time I've thrown her in the water. Hoping for another good samaritan to bring her back to me.
