Prepare for the postpartum!
The mother needs to be mothered as they mother their baby.
Practice saying yes to help now while you are expecting.
Some ideas:
Arrange a daily helper, post partum doula, friend, family.
Start a meal train
Set up your resting space in advance
Lower the bar when it comes to what needs to get done during a day.
Surround yourself with enjoyable things, worship or peaceful music, books, tea, knit crochet, drawing.
Your postpartum time is for you and your new baby to be grow together.
