Hola from Cozumel. I had a couple of things on my mind about how important overall lifestyle wellness is and has been on my journey of reversing autoimmune. People often ask “how I did what I did”, and the truth is, there are different things. I don’t want this video to sound like your eating style isn’t a HUGE part of it, because it is. Truly, removing triggers and replacing with nutrient density is massive, and if that’s all you did, you would like see significant improvement. In my case, I wanted it ALL.
