The first couple of weeks was a struggle for us. She can not follow the diet plan because she is used to a very restrictive plan that involves limited food intake and high level of exercise to lose the weight fast and see significant change in an instant. Breaking wrong mind sets on eating and exercise is first and foremost. Trusting the process is all that’s needed. No rush, slowly correcting metabolism, food choices, meal
timing and appreciating every effort put into it are more important than the number on the scale.
