Story time...

A caregiver’s mother broke her hip and it was all hands on deck. Having to care for her children, this was a stressful time that greatly affected her mental health.

She was able to unload everything on our Care Guide, Kelly, who empathized and shared things she had gone through as well. The caregiver explained her fears while Kelly listened and came back with a plan, and resources that could help.

Blair provided minimal direction to encourage creative responses: send a photo of your WFH area, your view from your WFH space, or your dream WFH setup—pets and kids are welcome!

One mom was drowning in to-do lists—until one call changed everything!

✈️ Tara recently moved from California to Nevada, and was navigating care for her two children with ADHD.

She was overwhelmed with a list of dozens of providers trying to find a therapist for her 12-year-old daughter.

➡️ Our Care Guide, Stefanie, stepped in and spent over 5 hours calling and vetting providers.

Stefanie found an in-network therapist with availability the following week and also coordinated appointments with a dentist, orthodontist, and pediatrician.

With this support, Tara could focus on her new job while caring for her children.

4) 🚗Bianca’s adventurer: Ozzy the dog, who’s already conquered a cross-country road trip from Texas to California!

5) 🍪Zuhair’s bird-watcher: Cookie the cat, who loves nothing more than watching birds all day.

6) 🐱Sonja’s cat: Reina, the Calico who’s not only a work buddy but also her daughter’s emotional support animal.

7) 🐠Janée’s aquatic pals: A Blue Ram, Cory catfish, neon Tetras, and a long-fin Tetra, bringing life to the tank.
