We broke traditional wine “rules” by having a red with seafood. Lovely Pinot Noir! It was excellent with oysters, tuna tar tar and calamari. Tart, light, and slightly fruit forward.

Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and The Hunt Alexander Valley and Sonoma both are fruit forward but the cab sauv is peppery with flavors of plum, cherry and chocolate. While The Hunt is full body Bordeaux style blend with hints of blackberry and raspberry. We’re in heaven! -Buon Vino! 🍷
