Our Story

Reinhardt Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. “Licensed, Insured and Bonded for over 49 years”
Reinhardt has been serving the area since 1966. The company was started by Joe Ballard and originally called Ballard Sheet Metal. Bill Reinhardt, the son in law of Joe Ballard, bought the company in 1975 and changed the name to Reinhardt Heating and Air Conditioning.
Bill had his Masters Degree in Education but at heart was a “Hands-On Type of Guy”. At that time, the installation of central air and heat pumps grew the business. The company flourished.
Brian Houser, our current owner, started with Reinhardt in 1983. Brian was still in High School and looking for a part time job, not a career. But life has its own direction and in 1993 Brian bought the business.
Under Brian’s leadership, Reinhardt has developed into a full service company serving a customer base of over 2500. We specialize in exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
